Regenerative High Performance
This is what performance looks like on the other side of the scoreboard.
Lindsey is a transition partner for the athlete and the high performer standing at the edge of her next season — redirecting the drive that made her elite into a life built for the long game, not just the next win.
I write for and serve women just like me — female athletes and high performers standing at the edge of their next season, asking themselves the question the life they've been living hasn't trained them to answer…
if I'm not the one who wins, who am I?
My work is for women who want to be at the top of their game and still have a life, without sacrificing either. Women feeling called to a more regenerative way of living, working, and performing — one where the drive that made you elite gets harnessed and redirected, not lost.
This next season might be motherhood. It might be retirement, injury, a career change, or just a life that no longer hands out medals. Wherever you're standing, you're in the right place.
In life, we’re playing the long game.
The Return
Clear your mind. Regulate your body. Reclaim your energy. A circuit breaker for burnout, misalignment, and pressure-driven performance.
Inside you’ll find:
A nervous system that no longer mistakes urgency for importance.
Less internal noise and more energy available for what matters.
A reconnection to your values, intentions, and the things that make you feel most alive.
A restored relationship with nourishment, rest, and pleasure
Rhythms and rituals designed to support the life you're building, not another thing to keep up with.
The Long Game Mentorship
The deepest work. The highest transformation. (5-month private mentorship)
For high performers done succeeding at their own expense — ready to move from depletion to real vitality, and from performance built on pressure to performance built on power.
We'll rewire the way you perform, recover, and lead, blending hard-won discipline with real physiology — so success stops costing you your health, your relationships, or yourself.
Fertile Ground
For the woman who wants to be at the top of her game and build a family, without sacrificing either.
Nourish your body for fertility, vitality, and longevity, so you can create, perform, and build a family on your own terms.
A three-month journey to help you regulate your body, restore your energy, and expand your capacity for everything you're here to bring to life.
Teams & Organizations
Performance culture doesn't have to run on burnout.
I partner with teams, leadership groups, and organizations ready to bring a more regenerative model of performance to their people — through workshops, speaking, and custom programs built around the same principles behind my 1:1 work: sustainable drive, real recovery, and leadership that doesn't cost people themselves.
If your organization is ready for a different definition of high performance, let's talk.
Gatherings
Gather. Reconnect. Remember.
Seasonal retreats, workshops, dinners, and experiences for high performers craving more presence, real connection, and space to remember what matters most. There's something powerful about stepping away from the noise, gathering with good people, and coming back to yourself.
Experiences include: seasonal workshops, nature-based retreats, community gatherings.
Meet Lindsey
There's a version of me that knew exactly who I was. I trained before sunrise. I measured my worth in podiums and personal bests. I competed at the X Games, at the highest level of my sport — and when I walked away, it wasn't on the high I'd dreamed of. Injuries, burnout, one head knock too many. My whole identity had been wrapped up in being “the athlete.” Without that, who was I? If I'm not the one who wins, who am I?
I know what it means to love performance. To be competitive. To strive, to push, to win — and I also know exactly what it costs when your identity, your worth, and your wellbeing get tangled up in achievement. I've lived both sides of that.
I don't believe ambition is the problem. I believe most of us were only ever handed one definition of success. My work is helping people find the others — so success stops costing what it used to.
I write about all of it in real time in Season Two, my newsletter on the long game. If you're at the edge of your own next season, I'd love to have you there.
